CapIntel Names Five Leaders to Accelerate U.S. Expansion

New hires and an internal promotion strengthen product, finance, marketing, and partnerships as the platform reaches more than two million investors.

NEW YORK, October 20, 2026 — CapIntel, a B2B wealthtech company helping financial advisors communicate investment insights more clearly and effectively, today announced four new hires and one internal promotion as it deepens its U.S. presence.

Strategic partnerships with FactSet and EY and a No. 11 ranking on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 fuel CapIntel’s momentum as advisors face rising demand for more personalized, data-driven advice.

The appointments include:

  • Amanda Billark has been promoted from Vice President of Design to Senior Vice President of Product & Design, having joined in June 2023 as the company’s first design leader. In her expanded role, Billark will drive product strategy and user experience.
  • Aleksey Lakchakov, formerly of Citi and DISCO, is the company’s new Vice President of Finance. Blending big-bank discipline with high-growth tech agility, Lakchakov will oversee the finance organization from New York.
  • Grace Hsieh, based in New York, has been named Head of Marketing after helping scale Farther from a seed-stage startup to a multibillion-dollar wealth platform. Hsieh will lead CapIntel’s marketing team, from brand and communications to product marketing and demand generation.
  • Michael Hogg has joined the New York team as Head of Partnerships & Market Intelligence. A former financial advisor who has also held leadership positions at Vanguard and EY, Hogg will expand industry partnerships and sharpen the company’s view of the market.
  • Jean Choi is CapIntel’s new Lead Product Manager, drawing on product vision and development experience from J.P. Morgan and EY. Based in New York, Choi will shape the product roadmap as the company broadens its offerings.

“From day one, our mission has been to help advisors anchor every conversation in each client’s life and goals, giving investors confidence in the advice they receive,” said James Rockwood, Founder and CEO of CapIntel. “As we grow in the U.S., the right leadership will determine how far we can take that mission. This group brings deep experience across wealth management, banking, and fintech, and they share our conviction that clarity builds trust. I’m proud to see each of them step into these roles at such a pivotal moment for us.”

These appointments set the stage for CapIntel’s next phase of growth across North America.
